Just simply steam the snacks and then temper them with the required toppings.

How To Make Matar Snacks With Step By Step Photo
- Firstly, in a mixer jar take 1 cup of green peas, 3 green chilli, and 4 garlic cloves.
2. Add 1 inch ginger, 1 tsp jeera, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp water.
3. Coarsely Grind it.
4. Transfer the matar paste to a bowl.
5. Heat a pan and add 1 cup water, ½ tsp salt & 1 tsp oil. Use this water to knead a soft dough.
6. In a bowl add 1 cup rice flour and hot water & knead well to form a dough.
7. Prepare small-sized balls without any cracks.
8. Now evenly press those balls to make them flat from all sides.
9. Add 1 tsp green peas stuffing.
10. Now fold them in the shape of tacos.
11. Place the taco snacks to steam. Grease the base to prevent them from sticking.
12. Steam for 10 minutes until the tacos are well cooked and keep aside.
13. Further in a pan heat 2 tsp oil.
14. Now, add ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp sesame seeds, 2 green chillies and mix.
15. Further toss steamed tacos and mix gently coating spices uniformly.
16. Sprinkle ¼ tsp red chilli powder and cook on low flame for 1 minute.
17. Finally, taco snacks are ready to enjoy with chutney.

- 1 cup green peas

- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup rice flour
For Tempering
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
- 2 green chilli
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
Instructions
